I have cats, two of them, although on account of their extreme shy-ness they are seldom seen let alone stars of any of my pet photo-shoots. But between the BF and I, and their grandparents, they get gifts too so here are just a few things Santa Paws can feel free drop off this Christmas for their pussycat pleasure!
Navy Blue Leather Cat Collar
The Mulberry of cat collars - kitty-wear doesn't come more luxurious than Cheshire & Wain. There’s plenty of colours and finishes to choose from but I think their new navy blue colour pop edition will complement the Catarama brother’s ginger hue beautifully. Not just a pretty face, all Cheshire & Wain’s collars come with their signature breakaway buckle, for your cat’s safety and protection. You can also personalise with your cat’s name in gold lettering for an extra special touch. Priced £35, Cheshireandwain.com
Catnip Camembert Cat Toy
I love cheese. Basil freakin’ loves cheese! The cats love catnip so I’m pretty sure they’d convert to the church of cheese if they sniffed around this Camembert-themed, premium catnip filled toy. Handcrafted and stuffed to the max with pure kitty-hedonism, the cats could end up being the ‘drunkest’ family members on Christmas Day! Priced £6.50, Theartisanpetdeli.com
Personalised Snooze Pet Blanket in Chocolate
For Winston and Nelson, heaven is a place called fleece. Whether it’s on our bed or the sofa, the pair of them LOVE padding down and cat-napping on fleece, so these personalised blankets are just the ticket for the happiest of zzzz’s. If chocolate is not to your taste, there’s a rainbow assortment of colours to choose from. Priced £12.95, PetsPyjamas.com
Lana Faux Fur Cat Bed
I have this thing with fur – the pets, throws, gilets (for me) and more and it seems that the cats do too. While the fleece blanket would work perfectly fine for daytime lounging, bed-time is a more serious affair and they take their sleep with a side of fur! So I’m pretty sure the kitties would go mad for these super luxe donuts of delight by premium pet brand Mia Cara. Shown in this post in both taupe and grey, it’s also available in ivory. Priced £95, Store.styletails.com
There’s currently a turf war going on in our ‘hood. There are loads of cats, ours are the smallest, and we think the beautiful Bengal we’ve spotted lording it around is actually the badass that keeps beating up Nelson. However, that doesn't stop Nutty Nelson going back for more, which is why we think the Tabcat tracking device could be the right pet product for us. It fixes to your cat’s collar like a tag, allows you to track them up to 122 metres and its directional handset can find up to four cats so we can use for both of the boys. Plus when you press the locate button, it activates a small beep on their tag, which if they return you can associate with a treat to encourage them to come back on command in future. I’ll leave that bit to the BF. Priced £69.99, Mytabcat.com
